Thank you for visiting the Upper Bann U3A website.
U3A is an organisation for retired or semi-retired people. Members share many educational, creative and leisure activities. By sharing our knowledge, skills and experience we learn from one another, making friendships along the way. In Upper Bann we have 293 members. We have over 20 active groups, Spanish, French, Walking, Cycling, Poetry, Book Club, Theatre Outings.
Our current activities include:
WEEKLY Cycling Groups, French, 2 Walking Groups, Yoga.
MONTHLY Book Club, Poetry Group, Lunch Group.
All of our groups are voluntarily run by members for the benefit of other members. You may see an activity that interests you or perhaps have a hobby that you want to share with others. U3A is the perfect place to share your interests, gain new skills and make new friends!
You can come along as a guest to a maximum of two sessions, but after this you need to join U3A to benefit from our range of groups. If you are interested in joining us you can download a Membership Application Form from the website. Membership for the current year is £12, due for renewal in April 2023.
